Fixed Volume Guns

Fixed volume filling guns are made in two size series. The 500 Series guns cover a range of small fill volumes between 0.008 cc. and 5.0 cc. The 600 Series of guns cover a range of larger volumes between 7.0 cc. and 30.0 cc.

These guns are sold either as complete assemblies, or as modular units consisting of a common barrel assembly and a series of interchangeable, bayonet-joint tips. A common 500 Series Barrel Assembly can accommodate dozens of mating tips of varying volumes. All fixed-volume gun tips are closely calibrated and certified here at the factory.
